Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed and accurate BOQ, cost estimates for luxury fitout projects, ensuring all components are considered.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and proposals to develop comprehensive cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to understand scope and refine estimate data.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on material costs, labor rates, and industry trends affecting estimations.
- Review subcontractor quotes and collaborate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
- Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and bid presentations to the client.
- Maintain and update estimation databases and cost libraries for continual improvement.
- Participate in project meetings and provide expert advice on budgeting and cost management strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in estimating for interior fitout projects, specifically in luxury residences.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and design principles relevant to high-end interiors.
- Proficient in estimation software and tools; familiarity with AutoCAD is a must.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
