Sr. Facade Quantity Surveyor (2 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted name in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors : o Prepare, review, and certify interim payment applications, project valuations, and final accounts in accordance with contract terms. o Lead and manage tendering processes, including quantity take-offs, pricing, technical clarifications, and bid submission documentation. o Review and interpret contract documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications, ensuring alignment with tender and invoicing requirements. o Analyze and monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and advise on cost-saving measures.
Requirements
Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities, 45 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or in any relevant field o At least 7 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying from facade, aluminium, and glass industry o Must have solid understanding of contract law, FIDIC conditions, and standard QS practices, and working knowledge of contract/QS software
