Job Description

We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Senior Estimation & Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Civil and MEP works, with proven expertise in tendering, cost estimation, quantity surveying, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimations and BOQs for civil and MEP tenders. Coordinate with the Director of Engineering for technical and management approvals. Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare competitive bids. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and compliance. Participate in technical and commercial clarifications during the tender stage. Ensure compliance with FIDIC and contractual obligations. Conduct value engineering assessments and support project cost optimization. Prepare and submit variation orders, claims, and final accounts.
Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Doha in estimation and quantity surveying for civil and MEP projects. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations. Proven experience in tender coordination and liaison with engineering and project management teams. Proficient in estimation software (e.g., CCS Candy, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
