Job Description

:
Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise reports, stock data, and sales summaries using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with vendors for order follow-ups, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Support the logistics process by tracking shipments and ensuring timely stock arrivals.
Conduct stock counts and help in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Prepare purchase orders, Custom Compliance Documents, and other required documentation.
Assist in product listing, pricing updates, and promotional planning.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (stores, warehouse, accounts) to resolve supply or stock-related issues.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure all systems and reports are updated regularly.
Provide general administrative and merchandising support as required by the team.
