Job Description

The candidate must possess knowledge to design, develop, and maintain data to support the business decisions by analyzing data, identifying trends, and generating timely reports. Key responsibilities include reporting, identifying the right process for data evaluation & development to improve system, creating management reports. Collaborating with departments to meet user requirements and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for management

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform business decisions.

System Design & Development:

Create and enhance management information systems to collect, process, and manage organizational data effectively.

Reporting & Monitoring:

Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide timely and actionable information to management.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Strategic Support:

Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure the information system meets strategic goals and user requirements.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support, perform preventive maintenance, and resolve issues within the information systems to ensure smooth functioning.

Required Skills

Analytical & Critical Thinking:

Ability to analyze complex data and identify key issues and trends.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with databases, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, ER & excel Macros), and potentially machine learning libraries (e.g., Pandas).

Problem-Solving:

Skill in diagnosing and solving system-related problems and providing solutions.

Communication:

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain information to all the stakeholders.

Attention to Detail:

A detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and system management.
