Responsible for hiring all retail operation office positions Area Managers, Store Manager, VM, Retail Trainer, Buyers,, inventory etc roles in the organization Source candidates, screen, interview and\\ work with Concept HRBP to shortlist and hire for open positions Maintain the vacancy tracker and connect with HRBP's on weekly basis. Connect with Universities across KSA (Exclude the Top 10 Universities) - Establish a regular communication channel to hire potential talent from these Universities Represent Landmark Arabia to students in these Universities by organizing sessions along with Regional HR and senior leaders to present Retail, LA to students as career opportunity Participate in career fairs, open days to represent LA to students - Build database to refer and hire as per need Hire Management Trainees, Interns from these Universities for Retail, Office and WH - as per planned budgeted Headcount each year Present Landmark Arabia on all job portals, social media to attract national talent. Work with Communication team to represent LA as a strong brand and employer of choice Participate in career fairs across KSA - Identify the events, budget and plan with Regional HR and National Leaders to represent LA in these events Regularly provide feedback on market trends, information to ensure LA is aligned and ahead of market practices .
