Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed revenue and other set KPI targets in Events & Festivals department by developing and upselling to the existing accounts and securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all revenue segmentsActively identify and convert leads, continuously research market trends along with competitor activity, as well as new opportunities and partnerships, consistently grow client database, share input in the development of the sales strategy - to retain and grow Client share in Events & Festival segmentsCascading event details on time to respective delivery departments to meet clients' expectationsConsolidate event feedback, ensure action if required and keep the record for future eventsRemain responsible for the financial closure of the events and adhering to all audit requirements to ensure complianceAdhere to company policies, procedures and business ethic codes to reflect company values and imageOperate within established level of administrative responsibility with regards to sales to ensure efficiency and compliance, including preparation of reports and delivery of any projects assigned by the Line ManageOther duties as needed or required and deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgmentThe role will require engagement for flexible hours and days, based on operational requirementsThe job involves both off-site sales and meetings as well as administrative workRequired SkillsAt least 3 years' experience in Sales/Customer Service senior role, preferably in Event Management industrySuperior sales and interpersonal skillsExcellent IT skills: MS Office, othersFluent written/spoken English and ArabicValid UAE driving license and own a vehicleSales SkillsCustomer service skills
