Senior Estimator - Joinery & Fit-Out
Full-Time | UAE
We are seeking a
highly experienced Senior Estimator - Joinery & Fit-Out
withminimum 5-10 years' proven UAE experience
to support tendering of high-quality joinery and interior fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality, and luxury residential sectors.Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out works Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to define scope, risks, and opportunities Price materials, labour, and subcontractors using
current UAE market rates
Manage the full tender process, including RFQs, pricing analysis, and negotiations Prepare tender clarifications, exclusions, and risk allowances Support post-tender negotiations and handover to project teams Liaise with design, production, and site teams to confirm buildability and methodologyRequirements
5-10+ years' experience in the UAE
within joinery, interiors, or fit-out estimating Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery manufacturing and site installation Excellent understanding of UAE suppliers, subcontractors, and market pricing Ability to manage multiple tenders independently Strong commercial, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft ExcelWhat We Offer
