As a

Senior Estimator

, you will also supervise a team of `estimators, be responsible for providing detailed and budget estimates for interior fit-out, Loose Furniture, Timber Doors, Joinery Works.

This is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.

We are hiring only candidates who have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a Fit-out and Joinery company and are currently in UAE.

Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope of joinery, wooden and fit out works. Calculating the cost of materials and labor required to complete the project. Conduct estimation and cost control activities to ensure projects stay within budget. Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project. Maintaining supplier / subcontractor database and consistently seeking new companies to pre- qualify for inclusion on tender list. Supervise a team of Estimators

Skills & Requirements

A bachelor's in civil engineering, architecture or equivalent years of work experience. You should have at least 5-7 years' experience in estimation & costing with Joinery and fit-out company. Minimum 3 years in UAE is desirable. High proficiency in numeracy and strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Ability to read and have a good understanding of CAD. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Project management skills.

Pay: Commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience.
