We are seeking an experienced

Senior Estimator

specialized in fitout projects with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE market. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and bids for interior fitout projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs. Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope. Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and procurement to develop cost-effective solutions. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices. Review and validate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Monitor market trends and update cost databases regularly. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies in estimates. Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and support the management during the tender process. Ensure all estimates comply with company policies and UAE regulations. Mentor and guide junior estimators.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in fitout projects within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates and suppliers. Proficient in estimating software and MS Office. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Relevant degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
