We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil
to join our contracting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, contract administration, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil projects.
Manage tendering and procurement processes.
Administer contracts and monitor variations, claims, and payments.
Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments.
Support project managers in budgeting and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably with a contracting company.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local contract standards.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
