Job Description
Review tender RFP documents and prepare tender clarifications. Responsible for preparing complete, accurate material for tenders/RFPs related to
OHL, Substations (33-132kV), UG Cable & Solar projects
etc. Responsible for Preparing accurate estimates for labor, subcontractor, Temporary Facilities, COMPANY requirements, construction facilities, logistics and Heavy Equipment's etc. Demonstrate the Project Profitability by calculating Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV) and Gross Profit (GP) prior to Tender submission. Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits. Prepare scope specifications and requirements, input project schedules, perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost summary sheets and cash flows. Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value. Analyze an interpret drawings, specifications and other documents and drawings as part of Tender RFP's.Electrical Estimation Engineer with
minimum 7 years of experience working with TRANSCO (Transmission Companies) or similar Utilities in UAE
to perform tendering efforts for Overhead Lines (OHL), Substations (132kV) and Underground (UG) Cable projects.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED22,000.00 per month

132kV Substation Estimation: 7 years (Required) * TRANSCO, DEWA or SEWA: 7 years (Required)
