Job responsibilities

• Daily MEP Works Coordination with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Office Staffs for work progress, Material arrangement & Store Arrangements
• FEWA Coordination for New Connections & upgradations.

• Civil Defense Coordination with Concern teams for approvals & inspections.
• Etisalat Coordination's for final inspections.
• MEP Tendering for New Projects.

• Evaluation & Coordination with all team members in the department.

• Completion of projects in a cost-effective manner as per the approvals. Scheduling of MEP works for all projects.

• Consultant coordination's for all projects for Drawings & Material approval.

• Purchase coordination for finalization of materials & subcontracts for MEP works as per required specifications.

• Preparation & Coordination for project documents as Method statements, BOQ, Material submittals.

• Arrangement of all MEP shop drawings with coordination with civil & droughting team for approval from consultant & initiation of MEP works.

• Project Invoicing to Accounts Department with SAP in SD.

• MEP Store stock follow up with in charges.

• Coordination with consultants for all MEP related progress approvals.

• Maintenance Works Coordination's for all the departments of the company.

• Completion of all other works requested by management.

Required

• Total 10 years GCC Experience in MEP, Contracting & Construction.
• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
