Supervise, provide technical guidance and expertise, and perform activities related to Civil Maintenance at ADNOC-owned properties, including residential and VIP villas, within Abu Dhabi City and Ruwais City. Participate in preparing proposals, consolidate budgets, liaise with Project Management on new projects, coordinate maintenance activities, and administer maintenance contracts to ensure optimal functioning of buildings and facilities. Key Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance, supervise maintenance activities, and schedule personnel to ensure prompt completion in accordance with standards and policies. Develop and review preventive maintenance programs and introduce improvements. Analyze maintenance issues, propose solutions, and evaluate contractor performance. Prepare technical specifications, evaluate contracts, and oversee contractor work and payments. Ensure emergency maintenance is performed as scheduled and oversee safety and quality management systems. Project and Engineering Support

Prepare feasibility reports, provide engineering input, evaluate designs, and coordinate project activities from design to handover, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Energy Saving Initiatives

Maintain water systems, incorporate LEED O&M requirements, and develop strategies for water and energy conservation. Coordination and Safety

Review project documents, participate in testing and commissioning, liaise with construction management, and contribute to health and safety practices. Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Minimum 8 years of experience in design, construction, and maintenance of multi-storied buildings Knowledge of safety standards, blueprint comprehension, and scheduling Certifications

PMP/CFM preferred Additional Details
