Responsibilities:Prepare and manage the execution of yearly preventive maintenance plan for all Client Civil assets to carry on comprehensive maintenance service that reduces troubles and interruption to building operation by utilizing effectively Civil teams manpower to perform specific technical tasks and time-controlled checklist, issued and measured with monthly work orders closure, while controlling on operational budget expenditureDrive Civil team attendance and rectification of daily trouble reports to sustain business continuity and safe building operation by prioritizing troubles, coaching team on troubleshooting techniques, and assisting recovery of service within agreed times as per service level agreement with internal clientsMaintain Civil assets life to deliver optimized operational performance by conducting and preparing asset condition reports which is necessary for taking a decision in planning assets replacement/refurbishment/upgrade and compare costing of operation and capital on yearly basisSupervise outsourced services and contracted jobs to ensure quality of deliverables and to protect value of assets, with compliance to local authorities regulationsDevelop assets function to enhance productivity and reduce operational cost by studying business requirements and operational demandFollow and adhere to standards operational procedures, quality standards, health & safety requirements, security requirements and client policies in delivering daily dutiesSupport management on assigned responsibilities, new proposals, ROI, on-going projects and installations to achieve sections performance targets and excel in operationRequired SkillsUniversity Degree in B.Sc. in Civil/Structural EngineeringAt least 7 years relevant experience in operating and maintaining buildings assets, design and structural calculationWeight calculations: bearing load, wind effect, operating load... etc.Review and assessment of design shop drawingsAcquainted with building material for selection of submittals based on quality, rigidness, resilience as required by end-userFamiliar with DM regulations and permissionSense of decoration and cover-up techniquesRelated Training on maintenance types and best practicesBasic Financial Control courses in cost savingsProject Management foundations
