At Sana Commerce, we\'re looking for a Global Sr Director of Sales & Business Operations to lead the Global Revenue Operations department supporting all Commercial Channels. You are the \xe2\x80\x98right hand\xe2\x80\x99 to our Chief Revenue Officer. You will be responsible to increase the commercial productivity and enable Sana Commerce to scale our growth. We have the ambitious goal of increasing sales productivity by 100%, which ultimately leads to revenue growth and retention.

What you\'ll be doing:
  • Building and delivering a world-class sales operations function that will support Sana Commerce\xe2\x80\x99s global sales channels so we can further accelerate our growth;
  • Enabling high-performance and productivity solutions to increase pipeline visibility and selling effectiveness;
  • Establishing a business partner model for commercial leadership to support them in forecasting, analytics, planning, sales hygiene, process optimization and proactive market analysis;
  • You will be a critical link between our strategy and the way the commercial organization executes it. You will be accountable and responsible for demand planning and reporting, territory analysis, enablement, partner program operations. The role is also responsible for our sales and marketing operations tools and applications;
  • Owning and executing the yearly quota, territory and financial planning;
  • Maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships with products, finance, legal, HR and internal IT;
  • Being the right hand to the CRO.


What you\'ll bring:
  • Strong sales operations leader with 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and a demonstrable track record in enabling a commercial organization to scale growth through demand planning, enablement and commercial prioritization;
  • Ability to influence and leverage strong stakeholder relationships in a global company across functions such as finance, products, HR and marketing;
  • Experience in direct and indirect partner models;
  • Excellent operational and analytics skills across reporting, forecasting, data analysis and sales operations management;
  • You thrive in ambiguity \xe2\x80\x93 we are rapidly scaling and need somebody who can help define the strategy, structure it and then execute it with the team. You like a challenge and are very ambitious;
  • Completed a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree.
