Protecting the World\'s Critical Infrastructure The Position OPSWAT is looking for an experienced Director of Business Operations who can roll up their sleeves in a role that is leading operations for our fast-growing Middle East, Turkey, & Africa sales region in collaboration with our Vice President of Sales for META. The role leads Revenue Operations, Supply Chain Operations, & Business Operations for our META sales region. The leader will ensure our sales team in META can focus on selling and minimizing all sales drag associated. This is role is a high-level individual contributor and does not have employees; but rather works with other functional departments across go-to-market, finance, operations, & supply chain. The leader will define & execute to create a best-in-class sales process within the META cybersecurity industry. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Operations this individual will lead critical functions for META including sales operations, supply chain operations, office operations, and business operations. What You Will Be Doing Sales Operations Responsibilities:
  • Lead sale forecasting process across Middle East, Turkey, and Africa and provide guidance on pipeline coverage vs. target for sales leadership. Work with sales reps to improve forecasting.
  • Work with your sales leader on headcount planning for both sales and supporting functions.
  • Annual territory design and account assignments by working with sales leadership to optimize sales coverage and target new industry verticals and firms.
  • Convert financial targets into quotas for field sales reps and interlock for support functions like sales engineers, channel account managers, & customer success managers.
  • Manage monthly sales commission process to ensure accurate payments to reps.
  • Compensation plan design and leading the quarterly commission calculations. Maintain sales quota attainment metrics and provide recommendations to improve sales productivity.
  • Compile KPI/OKR metrics for business performance monitoring & analytics for growth.
  • Support the META sales team with day to day issues around Salesforce CPQ quoting.
  • Improve and audit Salesforce to ensure accurate data quality in META across accounts, opportunities, forecasts, contacts, cases, & contracts / quotes. Coordinate across Marketing, Channel Sales, & Field Direct Sales on monthly attainment.
Supply Chain Operations Responsibilities:
  • Manage hardware forecasting on a monthly basis across META sales region and interlock with the worldwide supply chain function
  • Manage inventory in META sales region provided to clients & channel partners to stimulate demand including returns and transfers of inventory
  • Collaborate with worldwide supply chain in the qualification of certified partners in the META region who can manufacture and distributor hardware that meets specifications
Business Operations / Office Operations Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for local regulatory, compliance, and legal matters in collaboration with our general counsel.
  • Manage Dubai office and vendors supplying services including building/facilities, office supplies, telecommunications, food services, etc.
  • Manage compliance paperwork and fees associated with doing business in Dubai to ensure compliance with local laws and licenses needed to operate.
  • Support sales as clients, channel partners, executives visit the Dubai office and have needs for food service, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment to drive bookings growth.
  • Manages the overall office condition and layout. Liaise with facility management vendors-including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Prepares and manages the office G&A budget and contracts with office vendors, service providers and office leases.
  • Plans in-house activities such as food service, celebrations, and conferences
What We Need From You
  • 8 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years of experience in 2 of 3 operations roles (Sales, Business, or Supply Chain) in a high-growth firm.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management functions including budgeting, food service, maintenance, lease negotiations, physical security program administration, emergency action planning, and 3rd party service contract administration.
  • Familiarity and expertise in tech platforms and processes that support high-efficiency GTM strategies and revenue lifecycle, including Salesforce (SFDC) Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a passion for driving sales programs that create incremental time savings per week for sales reps
  • You have advanced excel skills and are very comfortable in spreadsheets / analytics.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
  • Experience working with team members in Europe, Asia, and US.
  • Industry expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS in a Sales Operations function.
