Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy demand forecasting models using ARIMA, XGBoost, LSTM, and dynamic pricing algorithms.
- Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) techniques to simulate future demand and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Analyze customer behavior, predict customer lifetime value (CLV), and apply clustering models to personalize pricing strategies.
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune models using performance metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and Precision/Recall.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, automated pipelines, and deployment across Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align forecasting and pricing models with business objectives.
- Apply SHAP and LIME techniques to explain model outputs and drive model transparency.
- Lead AI innovation initiatives by identifying and developing new AI use cases.
- Develop real-time forecasting and pricing optimization pipelines integrating live data streams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in data science with at least 5+ years in demand forecasting, price optimization, and customer analytics.
- 4+ years experience in Retail, Automotive, or FMCG industry preferred.
- Skills:
- Expertise in machine learning models including ARIMA, XGBoost, LSTM, and classification models.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, Azure cloud platform, and Spark.
- Advanced knowledge of MLOps practices and cloud-based model deployment.
- Strong experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management expertise.
- Familiarity with best practices in data security, scalability, and model interpretability.
