Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy demand forecasting models using ARIMA, XGBoost, LSTM, and advanced machine learning techniques.
- Implement dynamic pricing models based on demand, inventory, and competitive landscape.
- Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) to simulate future demand scenarios and enhance forecasting.
- Analyze customer behavior using clustering and predict Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune models using performance metrics such as MAE, RMSE, and Precision/Recall.
- Ensure trust in model predictions through explainability tools like SHAP and LIME.
- Apply MLOps practices for version control, deployment automation, and model monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align models with business goals.
- Scale and deploy machine learning solutions on Azure Cloud using Databricks and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master\'s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data science, including 5+ years in demand forecasting and customer analytics.
- 5+ years of experience working with Databricks on Cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Proficient in Python, SQL, Spark, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Expertise in Retail, FMCG, or Automotive industries.
- Strong knowledge of MLOps best practices and cloud-based deployments.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strategic mindset.
