What You'll Do

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives across Al-Futtaim Group to drive measurable ROI
• Deliver machine learning models and solutions using structured and unstructured data
• Perform quality assessments, validate outcomes, and support model deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors to identify new use cases
• Develop reusable analytics frameworks, monitoring tools, and QA protocols
• Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical and project-related tasks
• Contribute to the standardization of scalable, enterprise-level data science practices
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, algorithms, and best practices in AI and ML

Ideal Profile

• 7+ years of experience in data science, including 3+ years deploying ML/DL solutions in real-time or batch pipelines
• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
• Strong experience in Python, SQL, Spark, and rapid prototyping environments
• Proven expertise in Azure services including Azure ML, Databricks, Azure DevOps, and Docker
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, forecasting, and optimization models
• Practical experience in experimental design, model evaluation, and impact analysis
• Confident communicator capable of explaining ML design and decisions to engineers, product managers, and business leaders
• Skilled in CI/CD, MLOps, and scalable ML architecture
