We are currently the Largest Doctor on call provider in UAE and by far the Largest Private Ambulance Service Provider in Dubai; Our Victors team is 300+ staffs with high qualifications in medical service including licensed Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics.
Due to our expansion, we are looking for the qualified candidates for the position of a Senior Customer Service; Arabic & European Languages is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
Provide information about services, eligibility, and care plans
Maintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM system
Handle service-related concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with doctors, nursing staff and field personnel
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and care continuity

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service with at least 4 years, preferably in healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Empathy, patience, and professionalism when dealing with sensitive situations
College degree; healthcare training is a plus
