Key Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and maintain a welcoming front-office environment
Handle inquiries, complaints, requests, and resolve issues promptly
Upsell insurance, upgrades, GPS, fuel plans, and other add-ons to increase revenue
Promote loyalty programs and brand campaigns
Process rental check-ins, check-outs, and returns accurately
Verify customer credentials and ensure compliance with rental policies
Inspect vehicles with customers for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels
Generate accurate invoices and maintain records in the rental management system
Monitor reservations, no-shows, late returns, and follow up accordingly
Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure efficient service
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow SOPs
Achieve approval rate and turnaround time targets
Ideal Profile
University graduate
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Understanding of the car rental industry
Strong customer relations and communication skills
Good commercial awareness and ability to prioritize tasks
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
