Job Title: Senior Customer Service Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 4 - 6 Years Language: Required excellent in English and Arabic

JOB DESCRIPTION: Present a professional and courteous attitude when engaging with customers. Recognize when a customer's query requires escalation and facilitate through the established protocols as well as remain the primary contact for the customer from engagement to resolution. Minimize the need to revert to a customer for administrative purposes but ensuring that new contracts, payment receipting and application processes are followed step by step and accurately.
