We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sea and air freight operations, with a proven ability to manage key customer accounts, coordinate with internal departments and overseas agents, and ensure a seamless shipping experience for our clients.
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing their day-to-day shipping requirements.
Coordinate and follow up on freight shipments (Air, Sea, and Land) from booking to final delivery.
Communicate effectively with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and customs brokers.
Provide accurate and timely updates on shipment status, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation including BL, AWB, invoices, delivery notes, etc.
Maintain strong coordination with sales, operations, documentation, and finance departments.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention and repeat business.
Ensure that all customer data and transaction records are updated in the system (CRM/ERP).
Monitor and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
