We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in B2B logistics/freight sales, an established client base, and the ability to generate new business across sea freight, air freight, and land transportation services. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, closing deals, and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly revenue targets (4x salary).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships.
Promote a full range of freight forwarding solutions (Air, Sea, Land, Customs Clearance, Warehousing).
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics in the UAE.
Strong network of existing clients and deep understanding of the UAE freight market.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
