Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To plan and manage all the administrative tasks related to ensuring that the Technical training program at flydubai is carried out as per all applicable regulations and internal procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides administrative support in implementing all relevant procedures and policies outlined in the flydubai Maintenance Training Organization Exposition (MTOE).
• Assists in developing and updating the annual training plan and calendar. .
• Oversees the rescheduling of training or examinations in response to unforeseen events and supports the planning of any unscheduled additional training required.
• Ensures that the training records, examinations, and assessments are current, accurate, and aligned with MTOE procedures.
• Liaises with internal stakeholders to collect aircraft technical training requirements as necessary.
• Supports in the organization of trainings and examinations in accordance with the MTOE.
• Prepares and collects examination packs for the examiners as per MTOE procedures.
• Ensures the availability and compliance of classrooms with MTOE for conducting training and/or examinations and informs department head of any identified non-conformity during classroom preparation.
• Liaises with maintenance department managers to schedule practical training at their facilities to avoid operational disruptions.
• Collaborates with engineering and maintenance departments, to coordinate the onboarding and initial training schedule for new joiners.
• Coordinates with relevant departments, to coordinate and launch sales and advertising activities for technical training services.
• Raise purchase requests related to training materials as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Fluent in English
• Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Years with qualifications: 4 - 6 years

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
