We are looking for a specialist Change Consultants, Senior Consultants to join our Retail Management Consulting group.

Sound experience in working on large-scale ERP program and Change transformational projects, target operating model redesign or Cultural change, definition and BPR projects in Retail & Consumer Products within Retail consulting, Client Side or a Big Four firm.

Understand retail & consumer products functional processes & worked on Transformational projects.

• Identify areas of potential improvement

Lead the delivery of change work streams, identify required change activities, define the delivery plan and oversee execution this will involve:

• Technical knowledge & Coaching and advising the client to ensure:
• clear programme vision & objectives; positive management behaviors & engagement;
• effective governance and project controls
• change deliverables through a series of workshops and interviews
• to stakeholder maps; change impact analysis; org, process and role overviews
• what is changing; business readiness assessments, overview of resourcing impacts of business readiness activity and capacity risks

Experience

• 2-6 years\' experience in Change & Transformation roles in Retail Consulting
• Change Consultant / Senior Change Consultant / ERP Change / ERP Oracle Change Transformation
• Change / Analyst / Manager / Lead / Project Management / Business Process Management / PMO
• Strategy / Adoption / Risk Analysis
• Systems Transformations / Digital & Business Transformation / Business Solutions
• Risk / Governance / Systems & Processing / Store Operations
• Retail Operations / Retail & Supply Chain & Distribution / Order Inventory Management / Retail
• Significant change management experience, ability to manage projects & influence decisions
• Identify risks and issues ensuring they are communicated and managed appropriately
