Job Purpose: As a Senior Analyst, Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in our journey of transformation. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding stakeholder needs, developing and executing tailored change management plans, and fostering a culture of change support across our organization.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand their expectations for change.
  • Customized Change Plans: Create and implement change management strategies tailored to our organization\'s unique needs.
  • Effective Communication: Skillfully communicate with all organizational levels to build understanding and garner support for change.
  • Risk and Resistance Management: Identify and proactively manage risks and resistance to change.
  • Performance Evaluation: Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of change initiatives.
  • Empowerment Through Training: Provide training and support to employees on navigating change.
  • Implementation Support: Assist with implementation activities, such as user training, user acceptance testing, and cut-over support.
  • Documentation Excellence: Ensure all project documents and manuals are meticulously maintained.
  • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the development of functional requirements and process documents to improve quality, performance, external interfaces, and constraints.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, AGILE).
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in change management or business analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Support the Change Management team in developing and delivering training programs on change management.
  • Develop and maintain meticulous change management documentation.
  • Conduct research on change management best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in change management.
  • Experience conducting workshops to analyze business requirements and provide inputs for system requirements documents.
  • Liaise with business teams to understand and translate their requirements into executable changes.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for end-to-end business processes.
  • Engage in productive discussions with internal and external stakeholders beyond immediate circles.
  • Collaborate with consultants and Business Leaders to effectively document business processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of project documents and manuals.
