Senior Consultant - Strategy Consulting, Facility Management and Real Estate
As a Senior Consultant in our Facility Management and Real Estate Consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact consulting projects for our clients in the Middle East. Working closely with project teams and client stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise in the facility management and real estate industry to provide strategic insights, develop innovative solutions, and drive successful outcomes. Your exceptional analytical skills, industry knowledge, and client engagement abilities will contribute to maintaining our position as a trusted advisor in the market.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges
Work closely with Project Manager\'s for one or more project modules in the facility management and real estate space
Directly interact with clients and guide module teams showing innovation at all levels
Finalize and present deliverables to the client
Develop market strategies, drive digitalization journeys, optimize organizational structures, and support performance improvement programs for our clients
Retain excellent working relationships with our current clients to ensure that project scope is met bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs
Be a key pillar in our organization and important interface to our clients
Work with private and public sector clients across the region
Qualifications
Knowledge/Qualifications and Work Experience Requirements
MBA or master\'s degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Technology, Science, Finance or Business Administration including STEM, from a global top university or business school
Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or relevant roles within the facility management and real estate industry.
Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is an advantage
Willingness to travel within the Middle East region, as required by project demands.
Middle East experience preferred but not necessary
