Senior Communications Analyst

Job Description
Responsible for performing complex tasks related to all voice and video communications. Ensures that patients and KFSH&RC associates have access to the communications services they need.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1.Documents changes to the cabling and wiring plan and the Asset Inventory and Management System. 2.Performs voice network recovery in event of a voice network failure. 3.Provides support for mobile communication applications (i.e. voice mail). 4.Maintain systems including the physical cable plant, cable plant switching devices, and intelligent/non-intelligent wiring hubs. 5.Performs preventive maintenance including application of necessary operating system patches and performing backups on standard voice systems. 6.Follows prescribed system safety and security procedures of computing environment. 7.Participates in self & others' education, training and development, as applicable. 8.Follows all hospital related policies and procedures. 9.Performs other related duties as assigned.Education
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required.Experience Required
Three (3) years of related experience with Master’s Degree, or five (5) years of related experience with Bachelor’s Degree is required.
