We are currently looking for a
Senior Commercial Projectmanager \xe2\x80\x93 PPP projects
Your tasks are
- Developing commercial and financial structures of projects incl. Public Private Partnership models
- Develop commercial part of concession agreements and related documents
- Clarify and coordinate concession agreement offers clarification and negotiation
- Manage the commercial topics in a mega size project with all involved parties
- Manage and provide contract & claims management services
- Successfully completed studies in the fields of commercial and engineering
- English and Arabic language negotiation level, also in commercial and legal context
- Minimum 15 years experience in commercial project management (e.g. procurement, contract & claims management)
- Minimum 5 years experience with PPP projects (e.g. concession agreements, SPV-structuring, BOT-contracts, financing modelling, shortfall agreements, guarantees etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office and professional cost control systems
