, including water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily on-site activities, managing work crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting the efficient execution of utility-related civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site operations related to wet utilities such as water distribution, sewerage, and stormwater drainage systems.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, surveyors, MEP teams, and QA/QC personnel for smooth site execution.
Monitor material usage and optimize labor deployment to maintain productivity.
Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and enforce compliance with HSE regulations.
Inspect work progress and maintain detailed site records including daily reports and logs.
Support resolution of site-related issues and escalate technical matters to the site engineer.
Ensure timely execution of tasks within project timelines and quality expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in wet utilities construction, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong technical knowledge of wet utility installation procedures and standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and utility layouts.
Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety practices.
Basic proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Safety training certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
