Our client, a leading construction company in Qatar, is looking to hireWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Senior Civil Foreman

to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing construction activities, supervising site teams, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and coordinating with project management to ensure timely delivery of work.

Salary:

QAR 4,000 - 4,500 per month

Benefits:

Working Hours:

10 hours per day

Working Days:

Saturday to Thursday

Annual Leave:

Provided after 18 months of continuous service

Air Ticket:

Annual air ticket provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the execution of all on-site civil works as per project plans and specifications. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain smooth site operations. Allocate tasks to site personnel and ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment. Monitor daily work progress and prepare progress reports for the site engineer/project manager. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide quick, effective solutions to prevent delays. Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and material usage. Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on site. Enforce company policies, site discipline, and safety regulations. Liaise with the procurement and logistics team for resource planning.

Requirements:

Minimum of

5-10 years of experience

in the civil construction industry, preferably in a supervisory role. Proven experience in

residential, commercial, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects

. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Hands-on experience in managing labor and coordinating subcontractors. Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments. Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
