Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed on-site.
- Manage and oversee workers, subcontractors, and material handling.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
- Conduct regular inspections of work quality and adherence to specifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
