Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret joinery and furniture drawings
Manufacture, assemble, and install wooden and MDF furniture components
Operate hand tools and carpentry machinery safely and efficiently
Mentor and guide junior carpenters on techniques and quality standards
Ensure high-quality finishing and accurate dimensions
Coordinate with project managers, draftsmen, and production team
Maintain workplace safety and follow company procedures
Perform rectifications and finishing work when required
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably in joinery or furniture manufacturing
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Good knowledge of materials, hardware, and joinery construction techniques
Strong hand skills and attention to detail
Experience mentoring junior staff
Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks
