What We're Looking For
We're seeking a
Senior Carpenter
who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in high-end furniture and joinery work. Someone who can not only execute complex carpentry tasks but also support and guide junior team members on the factory floor or at installation sites.
Your Role Will Involve
Leading and performing skilled carpentry work for custom furniture and interior joinery
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and ensuring accurate execution
Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wooden components with high precision
Supervising and mentoring junior carpenters and helpers as needed
Identifying and resolving technical issues on-site or in the workshop
Coordinating with foremen, production supervisors, and project managers
Inspecting finished work to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with design specs
Operating hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
Assisting with installation work at client sites when required
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5-7 years of carpentry experience, ideally within a joinery or furniture manufacturing environment
Deep knowledge of woodworking tools, machines, and materials
Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints
Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
Eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Flexibility to work in both workshop and site settings
Basic understanding of safety practices and factory discipline
