in Ajman seeking a highly experienced and reliable
Senior Carpenter cum Supervisor
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing factory operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality workmanship across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and factory workers in carpentry and interior decor projects.
Manage daily operations of the factory and ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and design specifications accurately.
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Coordinate with management for materials procurement and project planning.
Conduct quality control checks and ensure customer specifications are met.
Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a senior carpenter or supervisor in a carpentry & decor environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient with carpentry tools, machines, and decorative finishing techniques.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-site.
Compensation and Benefits:
AED 3,000 monthly salary
