About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Business Development & Enrolment Executive to lead and support our growing Dubai-based team.
You'll take a hands-on approach -- managing your own employer and learner pipeline while providing day-to-day support, motivation, and guidance to our existing Sales & Enrolment Executives.
This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B experience in training, recruitment, or education sales who's ready to step into a team-leading position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example -- managing your own pipeline of UK employer and learner leads
Support, motivate, and guide our Sales & Enrolment Executives
Conduct call reviews, share feedback, and help improve conversion performance
Engage directly with employers and professionals to promote apprenticeship and training programmes
Oversee CRM activity (Zoho), ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Collaborate with the UK marketing team to optimise campaign follow-ups
Report weekly on team progress, lead conversion, and performance
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, training, or recruitment
Previous experience as a Senior Executive, Team Leader, or Lead Generation Supervisor
Excellent communicator with the ability to coach and motivate others
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM systems (Zoho experience a bonus)
Confident working towards targets and deadlines
Organised, proactive, and driven to deliver team results

AED 6,000-8,000/month (depending on experience)
