Position: Senior Business Consultant

Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month + Commissions

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with strong experience in UAE business setup services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in setting up companies in both Freezones and Mainland jurisdictions. This is a target-driven sales role focused on lead generation, deal closure, and providing strategic guidance to clients throughout the business setup journey.

You will act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and investors, ensuring smooth company formation while maintaining full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful business setups. Advise clients on the best options for company formation across UAE Freezones and Mainland. Handle the complete A to Z business setup process, from consultation to incorporation. Prepare, review, and manage all documentation related to company registration. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Stay up to date with UAE government laws, Freezone rules, and PRO services. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments. Deliver a consultative, solution-oriented approach tailored to client needs. Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE business setup consulting (Required) Strong understanding of Freezone and Mainland procedures and regulations Proven track record in sales and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluency in Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic (Required) Professional, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality
