Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven
Senior Business Consultant
to join our dynamic business advisory team based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will bring
over 7 years of hands-on experience
in business consultancy, with a specialization in
company incorporation and post-setup compliance
across the UAE. This role requires a strong leader capable of managing complete incorporation processes across
Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions
, while navigating complex regulatory landscapes and delivering tailored solutions to clients. You will play a key role in client advisory, project leadership, and strategic growth of our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:Client Advisory & Business Development
Act as the primary advisor for clients aiming to establish or expand their business presence in the UAE, particularly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client goals, risk appetite, and operational requirements.
Recommend optimal legal structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) tailored to client needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and business presentations to prospective clients.
Support business development initiatives by networking, attending industry events, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Company Incorporation Management
Lead and manage the end-to-end incorporation process across various UAE jurisdictions, ensuring full regulatory compliance and procedural efficiency.
Supervise the preparation and timely submission of all incorporation-related documentation.
Liaise with government departments, free zone authorities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate approvals.
Resolve incorporation-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws and incorporation frameworks.
Post-Incorporation Services & Compliance
Guide clients through post-setup processes, including corporate bank account opening, visa and Emirates ID processing, labor approvals, and more.
Advise on ongoing regulatory compliance such as license renewals, ESR, UBO filings, and AML obligations.
Assist in onboarding employees by guiding clients through UAE labor law and immigration compliance.
Design and implement compliance processes and governance frameworks for clients.
Project Management & Team Leadership
Oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Develop and manage project plans, resource schedules, and timelines.
Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Drive communication and coordination across teams and with stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements to existing processes and service delivery.
Knowledge Sharing & Industry Engagement
Keep abreast of regulatory developments, market trends, and best practices in the UAE business landscape.
Contribute to internal knowledge development through articles, white papers, and presentations.
Participate in and lead knowledge-sharing sessions and internal training initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business consulting, with a focus on UAE company formation and compliance.
Demonstrated leadership in handling incorporation processes across Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions.
Deep understanding of UAE corporate laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in post-incorporation services such as visa processing, work permits, and banking.
Strong grasp of UAE labor regulations and immigration procedures.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage.
Existing network within UAE government entities and business circles is a plus.
