We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Setup Consultant who brings both expertise and energy to the table. You'll play a pivotal role in helping clients establish their businesses in the UAE, offering strategic guidance and handling the end-to-end setup process.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, assessing their business needs and suggesting the most suitable setup (Mainland, Free Zone, or Offshore) Customize business setup solutions based on industry requirements, ownership structure, and long-term objectives Coordinate and manage all aspects of the incorporation process including trade licenses, MOA drafting, regulatory approvals, and visa applications Liaise with various UAE government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, etc.) to ensure smooth processing and compliance Educate clients on relevant legal, operational, and tax-related considerations to ensure informed decision-making Maintain an active pipeline by nurturing leads, following up consistently, and converting prospects into successful clients Provide post-setup support and build long-term client relationships that promote retention and referrals
What you bring to the team

At least 1 to 2 years of experience in UAE business setup or company formation services Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions Exceptional command of English (Arabic is an advantage) Excellent presentation, persuasion, and client-handling skills Comfortably using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping clients succeed
