About the role
We are seeking a
Senior BIM Coordinator
withMEP experience
. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a precise knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, as well as coordinate and contribute to the discipline through design, handover and construction.Responsibilities
Ensure implementation of proper BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in compliance with ISO 19650 or other relevant BIM standards. Collaborate with other disciplines to avoid clashesin system integration. Conduct BIM coordination meetings with junior team members to discuss documentation clashes and resolutions. Support design managers and project teams with constructability analysis, clash detection, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering / any other related field. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in BIM coordination, with
at least 5 years
in MEP-specific BIM roles. An in-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical and ELV systems. Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority guidelines, and permit procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills.What we offer
