About the role
We are looking for a skilled
Senior BIM Coordinator
who hasarchitectural and structural
experience. The ideal candidate will be expected to lead BIM coordination processes and produce key deliverables that are aligned with high-profile projects in the UAE.Responsibilities
Facilitate proper BIM coordination between architectural and structural disciplines. Manage the review of design models like Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc. Support the delivery of LOD 300-500 models and ensure models are suitable for downstream use (construction, FM). Engage with Dubai local authorities for BIM submission requirements, if possible. Lead junior employees by ensuring teamwork and knowledge transfer. Coordinate with external consultants and contractors on model sharing, version control and file management.
Requirements
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or a similar lead role. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks. Has a knowledge about BIM standards and protocols, including ISO 19650, PAS 1192, AIA LOD specifications. Has prior experience in large-scale projects. An understanding of UAE authority submission requirements.
