Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

MEP BIM Coordinator

with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination within the MEP industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of models from LOD 300 to LOD 500, as well as overseeing shop drawings, as-built models, and COBie files. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality and accuracy of MEP models from

LOD 300 to LOD 500

. Coordinate and manage the production of

shop drawings

, ensuring they align with the BIM models. Oversee the preparation and review of

as-built models

to ensure accuracy and compliance. Generate and manage

COBie files

for project documentation and handover. Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth BIM integration across all phases of the project. Perform regular quality control checks on models and resolve any issues in coordination with other teams. Provide technical support for BIM-related software and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in model production.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in

MEP BIM coordination

, with demonstrated expertise in LOD 300 to LOD 500. Strong proficiency in BIM software such as

Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360

. Proven experience in generating and managing

shop drawings, as-built models

, and

COBie files

. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM in MEP projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

UAE-based experience

is a must.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Certification in BIM or related software tools (preferred but not required).
