As a Senior Bartender at Cala Vista, you will lead beverage service by curating fine cocktails, offering wine pairing suggestions, and ensuring guest satisfaction through engaging service. You'll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience at one of Dubai's most elegant seaside venues.
What You'll Do

• Prepare creative cocktails and beverages in line with Cala Vista's high standards and guest preferences
• Recommend drinks and food pairings while upselling premium beverages based on guest profiles
• Supervise and support the bartending team to ensure consistent service delivery
• Monitor all bar transactions to ensure accurate billing and reporting
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing bar setup with clean, safe work practices
• Continuously assess guest needs and provide bespoke service to ensure loyalty and satisfaction

Ideal Profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate and Basic Food Hygiene Training
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury hospitality setting
• Demonstrated ability to upsell and provide tailored beverage recommendations
• Knowledge of wine pairing, mixology, and bar operations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
