What You'll Do

• Manage major logistics projects in the UAE with full end-to-end ownership
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Deliver clear and structured presentations, reports, and updates for leadership teams
• Track milestones, identify risks, and resolve blockers proactively
• Conduct analysis using spreadsheets to support decision-making and insights
• Maintain consistent reporting and documentation for all initiatives
• Support ad hoc problem-solving and process improvement projects
• Represent logistics in cross-functional discussions, presenting data and recommendations effectively

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, STEM or Economics preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a fast-paced environment such as tech or e-commerce
• Proven success in managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and organized approach to project delivery
• Comfortable working in fast-changing and dynamic environments
