Seero Engineering Consulting is seeking a highly qualified

Senior Architect Engineer

to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must hold a

UPDA Grade A certificate

and possess extensive experience in

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

. The candidate will lead the design, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring that all design solutions meet client expectations, project requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion. Manage and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders. Develop and oversee BIM models and ensure compliance with project BIM standards. Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations. Review design deliverables for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Supervise junior architects and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

UPDA Grade A certification

(mandatory). Proven experience in

BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)

. Minimum of

10 years of professional experience

, preferably in consultancy firms. Strong knowledge of Qatar building codes, regulations, and design standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with sustainable design and LEED projects. Proficiency in visualization tools such as Lumion or Enscape. Strong presentation and report writing skills.
