Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

To make the department more efficient, adhere to the principle of professional work and support the operation of the department platform and the overall management at the project level. The Middle East & Africa Real Estate Operation Center covers more than 60 countries and involves end-to-end real estate management activities throughout the lifecycle, including office real estate transactions, design, decoration engineering, and operation management. Each process also involves a large number of procurements, decision-making reporting, process internal control, and data statistics analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Track and close key tasks of the department, including updating the status of key tasks and warning of overdue tasks.
  • Organize regular departmental meetings and regional review meetings, including collecting topics, collecting topic materials, and organizing meeting minutes.
  • Develop the department\'s learning plan and training work, including organizing learning activities of policies and regulations, arranging lecturers for training courses, organizing training courseware review, training sign-in, and satisfaction survey statistics, analysis, and notification.
  • Organize and plan external learning and communicate on activities, including but not limited to communication with external personnel, schedule and agenda arrangement, and related summary work.
  • At the project level, provide support for the PM, such as convening regular project meetings, outputting meeting minutes, managing, and reminding the PM to report to the upper-level department at key points.
  • Organize and plan team building activities of the department, including but not limited to birthday parties, awarding of diversified incentives, display of the department\'s honor wall, and incentive activities for allies.
  • Organize the preparation and release of the department\'s business briefing and image publicize copy.

  • Proficient in English, ability to speak Chinese would be an advantage.
QUALIFICATION:
  • Batchelor degree or Equivalent education.
  • At least 3 years working experience in a related position, 1 to 2 years working experience in a multinational company, and experience in remote business support in multiple countries is preferred.
