We are now looking for Senior Administrator - Smart Plant Applications SPF to execute projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reports To The Senior Administrator - Smart Plant Applications SPF reports to the Line manager, Digitization Job Overview Lead Smart plant application as Administrator & customization for Smart Plant Applications (SPF).Administrator shall be responsible for integration of smart plant application (SPPID/SPI /SPEL/SP3D) with SPF. Defines precisely the requirements associated with smart plant applications; ensures all database integrity and lead the database designers & document loaders for uploading & publishing to SPF. Responsible for periodic backup of database throughout project phase.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Setup and management of new and existing engineering projects within Smart Plant environment for standalone as well in workshare mode.
  
  • SPF Administration, setup, archive, workshare and replication.
  • SPF Customization required for project deliverables.
  • Implement automation tools that benefit the project deliverables.
  • Data loading /Indexing/Validation for SPF
  • Preparing & finalizing loading templates.
  • Coordination with other smart plant application team related to SPF.
  • Ability to generate specific reports as per requirements from SPF database.
  • Extraction & restoration of periodic reports & backups from database.
  • Data auditing, validation & rectifications.
  • Correlation with other database applications (SPPID/SP3D/SPI) for publishing.
  • Onsite support to SPF Users.
  • Responsible to issuing & submit Daily /Weekly & Monthly reports to TDMS team.
  • Responsible for attending all the meeting with TDMS team.
  • Leading, Planning & Schedule the sequences of activities for each smart plant applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Master degree in engineering applications.
• Authorized certification from reputed institution in Smart Plant Applications.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Smart plant application. Minimum 5years and above working experience as Senior SPF administrator.
• Customization and implementation of engineering data & document management system (SPF).
  • Minimum required software experience on Vb.net, C++, VB, SQL, ORACLE, MS-Excel (Advance).
  • Knowledge of engineering workflow for Smart Plant Applications environment.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas/Chemical/Petrochemical projects.
  • Knowledge of basic proficiency in SPPID/SPI/SP3D /SPF.
  • Familiar with engineering database applications & software.
  • Ability to understanding and provide guidance on all Smart Plant Applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Micro soft applications (Advance).
  • UAE local experience is added value.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in the English language
