Key Responsibilities
Lead all technical accounting activities in line with
IFRS
and internal policies.
Prepare, review, and finalize
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
.
Work directly with the
CFO
on financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Manage complex accounting areas, including consolidation, provisions, revenue recognition, and fixed assets.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support internal/external audits.
Review, refine, and enhance financial processes and policies.
Qualifications:
CA, CPA or ACCA qualified (must).
5+ years of senior accounting experience.
Hospitality accounting experience preferred.
Strong IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort/restaurant).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g.,
QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, SAP, or hotel PMS systems
).
